Business Intel (ABN:829 479 362 44) is the official business entity that trades as www.businessintell.net and www.worldwidebusinessforsale.com. It was created in January 2009, to help buyers and sellers of small to medium sized businesses negotiate the sale of a business without the expense and ulterior motives of business brokers. The idea for the business valuation website developed from my use of company ratios when making decisions to invest in public companies on the stock market. These ratios can be applied universally on any business that uses double entry bookkeeping regardless of it's size . They can also be used as a business valuation to guage how realistic is the asking price whether you are dealing directly with the owners or through business brokers.

I have been a computer programmer for 27 years, and I decided to leave full-time employment to develop this website.
